As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and meeting monthly and annual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support
Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
Identify potential new clients and develop relationships to expand the company's customer base
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management role
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train teams
Knowledge of market trends and customer needs in Saudi Arabia is preferred
Salary: This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month. Accommodation will be provided.
