Real Estate Finance Manager

Developers for Training and Consultancy is recruiting a Real Estate Finance Manager on behalf of a Major Holding Company in Saudi Arabia

Job Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience as a finance manager in a major Real Estate company
• Oversee operations of the finance department; set goals and objectives
• Project costing, analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions
• Manage the budget, forecast, and actuals

• Effective leadership skills to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Adept at taking action and finding solutions aligned with financial goals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to present complex information clearly
• Logical thinking with the ability to present comprehensive analyses
• Ability to collaborate seamlessly with other departments
• Proficient in compiling and analyzing data with a solid understanding of algebraic mathematics
• Attention to domestic and international laws and regulations when writing or analyzing contracts
