As a Luxury Tech Consultant, you will be responsible for achieving individual and collective sales targets while delivering an exceptional Guest Experience. You will also support the implementation of CRM, CX, and other key customer and people initiatives in-store.
Key Responsibilities:
Store level sell-out target accountability.
Build category manager relationships at store level.
Monitor daily and weekly sales performance of each Expert within the assigned coverage.
Supervise, motivate, and manage a team of permanent Experts to achieve set sell-out targets.
Maintain accurate records of individual sales results, team performance, and activities.
Improve individual Expert performance and skills.
Ensure in-store stock is at appropriate levels in the assigned stores.
Foster a positive, high-energy team environment focused on results.
Address and resolve any performance issues.
Ensure the team is delivering excellent customer service.
What you'll need to succeed:
Strong communication skills.
Previous experience in Retail (Fashion, Jewelry, Accessories, Technology).
