We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Female Teachers to provide a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will support children's early development by fostering creativity, curiosity, and foundational skills through play-based and structured learning activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Delivery: Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the relevant curriculum.
Child Development: Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth through interactive and exploratory learning experiences.
Classroom Management: Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that encourages active participation and respect.
Assessment & Progress Tracking: Monitor and assess students’ progress, maintaining records and providing feedback to parents and school leadership.
Parental Engagement: Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, providing regular updates on their child's development and well-being.
Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, teaching assistants, and school leadership to ensure a cohesive and enriching learning experience.
Safeguarding & Well-being: Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by adhering to school policies and child protection regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education/PGCE, BEd/Cache Level 3 (Nursery) or any related field.
Teaching certification (if required by local regulations).
Previous experience in early years education.
Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
