Job Overview
Analyze and document business and technical requirements to deliver innovative IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support the organization's strategic goals. As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you will leverage your expertise to lead complex projects, mentor team members, and provide strategic insights to optimize technology-driven business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to understand and define complex business and technical requirements.
- Document and translate these requirements into comprehensive functional and technical specifications.
- Lead the design and development of innovative solutions addressing business challenges.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless alignment between solution design and execution.
- Oversee and manage large-scale IT projects, ensuring quality, scope, and budget alignment.
- Develop project roadmaps, define milestones, and mitigate risks effectively.
- Prepare high-level documentation, including BRD (Business Requirement Document) and SRS (System Requirement Specification).
- Deliver strategic reports with actionable insights to enhance decision-making processes.
- Act as a senior liaison between IT, business teams, and external partners, ensuring effective communication and goal alignment.
- Provide expert-level consultation to internal teams on best practices and advanced methodologies.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Advanced expertise in software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficiency with business analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Visio.
- Exceptional documentation and technical writing skills for BRD and SRS.
