Our client is a world leading provider of education services with an enviable list of major companies as their clients. As part of the growth strategy in the Middle East, Parkhouse Bell is recruiting several senior management and leadership positions for new colleges in Saudi Arabia.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for the overall management of this female college in Saudi Arabia as the head of the Senior Management Team. This involves the management of the Vice Principals, Heads of Faculty, academic staff, and associated support staff.

Specific duties include:

• Lead the College with passion, enthusiasm, and energy, inspiring others, focusing firmly on the mission and purpose of the College.
• Liaison with the local Board of Trustees to ensure sound governance and formulation of strategy.
• Manage the College effectively based upon clear and accepted values, encouraging all College staff to develop and improve.
• Promote the interests of students within the College and encourage all staff to continually develop and improve.
• Overall responsibility for Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and College budget.

In addition, you will have autonomy and responsibility for staff management, creating a positive learning environment, developing and implementing strategy, and stakeholder engagement within the Saudi community.
