Sales Engineer - KSA (Low voltage/Automation/Access Control/Hardware/Automatic Door)
Job description
Responsibilities
- Achieve 100% of sales and GP targets within the assigned region.
- Support the Regional Sales Manager in identifying new business opportunities across multiple sales channels.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with contractors, sub-contractors, fabricators, dealers, and partners.
- Establish and manage a strong network of indirect and direct sales channels.
- Assist in the development and execution of regional strategic plans.
- Provide first-level support for customer grievances (damages, complaints, incorrect deliveries).
- Ensure accurate business forecasting with a minimum 3-month backlog of confirmed projects.
- Track, follow up, and update leads from industry events, exhibitions, and workshops.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales back-office, product management, technical & commercial support) to ensure smooth operations.
- Promote corporate culture, professionalism, and business ethics in the sales region.
Skills
- Proven sales experience preferably in the KSA region within the construction, building and/or engineering industries.
- Familiar with automatic & manual door control systems, door hardware, access control and related technologies.
- Must have a valid KSA Driving License with own car.
