Required for a reputable Construction Firm located at Dammam – KSA

Responsibilities:

1. Good experience with HVAC systems.
2. Good experience with chillers, C.CU, and package units.
3. Experience with pump stations and pump selection.
4. Familiar with all filing systems (foam, FM 200, Nov Ac 1230 sprinklers).
5. Experience in infrastructural works (Sewer, Stormwater, Fire lines).

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 7 years of experience.
2. Experience in construction of industrial buildings.
3. Experience working with (Aramco or R.C) in KSA or (Orascom or Petroget) in Egypt.
4. Familiar with ASTM Standards and able to review specifications and fulfill all requirements.
5. Experience in shop drawings and revision design drawings, with the ability to do any required detailing.
6. Familiar with all required documents for approvals (FIR, FCD, HPR, DCIV).
7. Familiar with all plans and documents (Quality Plan, Safety Plan, Method Statements, ITP).
8. Good personality, capable of leading a team and making decisions.
