The Sales Advisor position at our esteemed automotive dealership in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is a dynamic role that combines customer service, sales expertise, and automotive knowledge. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in selecting the right vehicles that meet their needs while providing them with an exceptional buying experience. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about cars and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
  2. Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
  3. Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to potential buyers.
  4. Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the automotive market and competitor offerings.
  6. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  7. Assist in managing inventory and ensuring the showroom is well-presented.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers and events.
  9. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  10. Document all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
