This is an exciting P&L role where you will launch, lead and scale our commercial operations in KSA.

About the job



We’re looking for an experienced and strategic General Manager to launch Nomod in KSA and lead the country P&L. You will lead our team and build the business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management within the tech or fintech industry. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies, driving revenue growth, running sales operations and establishing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. As a General Manager, you will play a critical role in launching and scaling our business in the KSA market and ensuring the continued success of our operations.

As a General Manager you will:


Commercial Leadership and Strategy



  1. Develop and execute Nomod's commercial strategy to acquire merchants and grow our payments business.
  2. Localize our product and offerings to meet merchant expectations.
  3. Develop go-to-market strategy, experiment and refine our approach to make it scalable.
  4. Represent Nomod in external engagements with stakeholders, partners, and regulators.

Operational Oversight



  1. Manage day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals.
  2. Oversee compliance with financial regulations and risk management frameworks.
  3. Drive continuous process improvements and the adoption of best practices.

Team Management



  1. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent across departments.
  2. Provide mentorship and coaching to department heads, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

Financial Management



  1. Prepare and manage country level budgets, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
  2. Drive profitable growth.

What we’d like



  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  2. 7-10 years of management experience, preferably within the tech or fintech industry.
  3. Local market experience is a must. Proven success in driving growth, profitability, and scaling operations in KSA.
  4. Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and executing complex projects.
  5. Strong understanding of fintech, payment systems, and regulatory compliance.
  6. Effective in identifying challenges and implementing actionable solutions.
  7. Strong understanding of the KSA market and local business culture.
  8. Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  9. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  10. Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  11. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Nice to haves



  1. Knowledge of fintech solutions, digital payment systems, or SaaS products.
  2. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  3. Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment is an advantage.
