To oversee financial transactions related to sales and customer benefits, manage agent relationships, and ensure accurate revenue reporting in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulations.
Description:
Participates in developing and executing the Finance Accounting strategy to ensure its alignment with Hikma's overall strategy. Contributes to the creation and execution of Finance Accounting policies, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant procedural and legislative requirements.
Accountabilities:
- Maintaining records of customer benefits, debit and credit notes, and compensations.
- Managing the Wasfti Project.
- Ensuring the proper application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitoring sales and marketing expenses.
- Collaborating as a business partner with commercial teams.
- Managing all financial matters with customers.
- Addressing financial issues with agents.
- Monitoring profitability.
- Preparing sales-related reports.

Internal: Commercial team, sales operation team, accounting team, management, and compliance team.
