IT Business Partner for Finance

We are looking for an IT Business Partner for Finance who will serve as the primary liaison between our Information Technology department and the Finance team for one of our Middle East based retail clients. This role is crucial in integrating and optimizing IT solutions to enhance financial operations and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of financial processes, coupled with a strong background in IT and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main IT contact for the Finance department, ensuring effective communication and alignment between IT services and financial operations.
• Analyze and collect detailed requirements to develop and implement IT solutions that support the unique needs of the Finance department.
• Manage the development, implementation, and lifecycle of finance-specific IT products and systems.
• Align IT initiatives with the financial goals of the organization, facilitating technology-driven solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
• Lead strategic discussions with the Finance team to ensure IT alignment with both current and future financial strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience working at the intersection of IT and finance, with proven ability to integrate IT solutions into financial business processes.
• Strong understanding of financial systems, accounting principles, and fiscal management.
• Expertise in project management, business analysis, and strategic planning within a financial context.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage and influence stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Nationality: Arabic (preferred) as per KSA policies.
