Handling and following up on receivable and payable accounts, expenses, and bank transactions.
Registration of financial and accounting records and preparation of documents for financial operations related to expenses and revenues, ensuring compliance with controls and auditing requirements.
Assistance in the preparation of annual financial reports.
Follow-up on financial procedures and handling the financial release of sales orders.
Reporting on the income generated by the Fund.
Preparation of monthly financial transactions for expenses.
Management of assets register and depreciation.
Performing any other functions or competencies related to accounting and finance for the company.
Proposal of bad debts provisions.
Preparation of VAT reports and declarations.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and ERP software.
Ability to assess the quality of expenditures for proper orientation.
Understanding of account nature to ensure accurate restrictions.
Strong accuracy, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
