1. Installation and commissioning:
Install, test, and commissioning HVAC equipment, including heating and cooling units such as chillers & DX, air duct, AHU, and related components, follow installation diagrams and manufacturer guidelines to ensure correct placement and functionality.
2. Maintenance and Repairs:
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning, changing filters, lubricating components, and checking for leaks.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC units and systems, using testing equipment to identify faults.
- Repair or replace damaged parts, such as compressors, coils, thermostats, motors, and condensers.
3. Troubleshooting and Diagnostics:
Troubleshoot and identify malfunctions in HVAC systems, utilizing diagnostic tools to pinpoint problems.
Provide timely and effective solutions to restore systems to full working order.
