Job Summary: The Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) will lead the activities for Deep Maintenance Team that includes planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring material, services, and human resources to ensure the deep maintenance and the upgrades for the Patriot System are completed within planned time and meet stakeholders’ expectations.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

• Track and monitor DMR documentation, parts, kits, supply, and services.
• Ensure the necessary Integrated Logistic Support activities and processes such as planning, operation, administration, maintenance, and optimization are conducted with the highest efficiency.
• Support, schedule, and facilitate DMR meetings.
• Develop and coordinate ILS activities and requirements for DMR and Patriot MEI upgrades.
• Participate in on-the-job training (OJT) programs, opening and closing of work orders, and assist the section officer in enforcing safety policies, procedures, and standards.
• Provide status reports to DMR MTSD Management.
• Coordinate with other MTSD entities to request the needed parts or services.
• Participate in preventive maintenance measures at all maintenance levels.
• Harmonize and coordinate DMR activities within the DMR team and with external parties.
• Monitor and implement approved engineering changes.
• Manage DMR inventory and supplies.
• Provide assistance during the inventory, inspection, organizational level repair, and check out of MEIs.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post-high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Require advanced knowledge with tech drawings reading skills to identify dimensions and specs for parts requiring repair, typically gained through extensive work experience and/or education.
• Preferable knowledge and experience in the Defense Industry.

Required Experiences:

• General knowledge in maintenance, logistic, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in the English language both spoken and written.
