Business Analyst - Bank (Fresh Graduate)

Overview: As a fresh graduate Business Systems Analyst, you will help the bank improve its systems and processes by analyzing current systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions. This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates with a degree in Management Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field who are looking to start their career in the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for IT teams
2. Assist in the development and implementation of new IT systems and software that support banking operations
3. Work closely with management and technical teams to align business and IT goals
4. Test and monitor new systems to ensure they meet business needs and performance expectations
5. Prepare reports and presentations on system functionality, improvements, and risks
6. Support and train staff on new systems or upgrades to existing systems
