PetrolValves Saudi Arabia LLC, wholly owned by PetrolValves S.p.A Italy, is a sales, services, and manufacturing facility located in Dammam that started sales and production in 2024.

PetrolValves Group is a leading global supplier of flow solutions for the Oil & Gas, chemical, and petrochemical industries, with 160 million euros in revenues and 500 employees. The company designs, engineers, and manufactures valves, industrial actuators, and spare parts through advanced technologies while providing high-quality services for various applications, both “upstream” and “downstream” topside and special applications. Based in Italy, PetrolValves has a network of sales, services, and wholly-owned manufacturing facilities across five continents, owned by TBG Holdings (Energy) B.V. Mission:

From the PetrolValves Saudi Arabia LLC office located in Dammam, reporting solid line to the Group Chief Financial Officer and dotted line to the PetrolValves Saudi General Manager, you will play a key role in creating, doing, and improving the processes of Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, and Payroll. In this position, you will work alongside the local external consultant, the local internal sales and operations team, and the Group resources located in Italy, detecting opportunities for improvement in the group’s business operations, strategy, and performance management. Financial data analysis, regular reporting, and a keen eye for detail will be your tools to excel in this strategic role.

Main Activities / Responsibilities:

  • Accounting activities and monthly financial reporting currently done by an external consultant, with the goal of transitioning to internal management.
  • Tax collaboration with a local external consultant.
  • Treasury functions including payment and collection.
  • Controlling functions including sales reports, cost reports, and inventory management.
  • Coordinate payroll activities currently managed by an external consultant, with plans to transition to internal management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or country equivalent).
  • 2-4 years of work experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably in multinational, manufacturing, or project-based companies.
  • Competence in MS Excel, with exposure to advanced formulas and functions being a plus.
  • Competence in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Availability to travel.
