Portfolio Scheduler
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Supports the interface management between projects and programmes under F&E.
- Helps to control the master schedule for all projects and programmes currently being delivered under F&E.
- Maintains the master schedule and advises on the impact of missed milestones and dependencies.
- Works with the Reporting function to advise on corrective actions for schedule delays.
- Provides support and guidance to project and programme teams.
- Helps to ensure all project schedules include activities that are aligned to the F&E Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
- Reviews the accuracy of schedules to reduce the risk of optimism bias and benchmarks these with other projects and programmes under F&E.
- Helps to ensure that schedules are cost and resource loaded in accordance with Earned Value Management principles and F&E standards.
- Reviews Schedule submissions submitted by outsourced consultants and contractors.
Education:
Bachelors/ Masters/ PhD in Business Administration or equivalent
Experience:
5+ years experience in portfolio schedule management
