Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Riyadh

Years of Experience: 6 - 8 Years

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or a maximum one-month notice period.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the assigned quota and revenue targets for creative and production campaigns, social media retainer, motion graphics, and digital listening services.
  • Develop and implement the sales strategy as per the agency's strategic focus.
  • Research and gather market, agency competition, and customer information.
  • Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
  • Open relations with potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Act as the point of communication between the client and the team until the contract signage.
  • Develop and update the sales kit (including the company profile, portfolio, and sales presentation).
  • Coordinate the preparation of the proposal presentation, negotiate the terms of an agreement, and close sales.
  • Prepare contracts (including terms, quotations, and communication model) in alignment with the Legal team.
  • Maintain good relations with current clients, ensuring they deliver the agreed payments at the beginning of the deal.
  • Keep track of contract renewals.

Capabilities:

An agency background is required with understanding and knowledge of the digital/creative space, including strategy, creative, and technology.
