The Purpose of the Role

The purpose of this position is to perform and provide counsel on expert emergency, maintenance, testing, engineering, programming, designing, and start-up technical support across any type of electrical or mechanical equipment, systems, and subsystems BMS, FAS, Access Control, and CCTV (including software where applicable) from simple to moderately complex in nature. Performs or provides counsel on diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems (both hardware and software) beyond the capability of other Service technicians.

Key Responsibilities

1. Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment for BMS, fire, CCTV, and Access Control System (as per trade expertise).
2. Determine equipment and accessory needs for implementation and inform FSS in time.
3. Carry out design works, programming of HVAC controllers BMS, Fire Panels, Access Control Panels.
4. Install EBI, prepare graphics, and necessary programming works as per specifications.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers, and service recipients.
6. Cost and time optimization.
7. Support FSS or FSL for project cost and progress reporting.
8. Analyse backward completion of the projects with difficulties/mistakes met and make necessary suggestions for organization tuning accordingly.
9. Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as instructed by team leader.
10. Follow the Honeywell SOPs, HSE, and quality systems while delivering the periodic maintenance services as well as the execution of spot services and SLJs.
11. Achievement, measurement, and reporting of performance indicators and site service objectives.

YOU MUST HAVE

1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics four-year degree in engineering or programming.
2. Ability to interact with customers.
3. Ability to acquire and demonstrate trade skills and/or product knowledge to meet the requirements of the role.
4. Must be able to work with limited supervision and direct contractors or other service technicians.
