Provide day-to-day technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues, and assisting with troubleshooting on desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
Monitor and maintain servers, networks, and IT systems to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
Manage and maintain the company's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and internet connectivity.
Install, configure, and upgrade software and applications as needed. Ensure all systems are up to date with the latest patches and updates.
Ensure regular backups are conducted and maintain disaster recovery protocols for critical data and systems.
Implement and enforce cybersecurity measures to protect company data, including firewalls, antivirus software, and other security protocols.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, system configurations, and software licenses. Document troubleshooting procedures and solutions for future reference.
Provide basic IT training to employees on new software and technologies. Assist staff with onboarding and ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools to perform their tasks.
Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware and software purchases, repairs, and support services.
Assist with IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, or the implementation of new technology solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role.
