Job description

We are looking for Nurses to join our fitness center in Jeddah.

The role of the Registered Nurse (body sculpting / LPG) entails collecting patient information and delivering high-quality care to Clinic visitors.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Warmly greeting clients, walking them into the treatment room, and ensuring high-level care is provided throughout the appointment.
2. Collecting information on patient status from a variety of sources using assessment skills including observation, communication, and physical assessment.
3. Evaluating and treating clients within established treatment protocols.
4. Providing a friendly and comfortable environment for clients to be treated in.
5. Updating and maintaining client records on the system with their treatment details. Being adept and knowledgeable with the use of specific equipment.
6. Being trained to efficiently operate the machines used for all treatments.
7. Providing clients with pre- and post-treatment care.
8. Explaining all treatment procedures to clients.
9. Performing skin analysis and evaluation to determine an appropriate treatment plan.
10. Performing the required treatment in a time-efficient manner while maintaining a pleasant attitude.
11. Advising and coordinating with clients on all aspects of the treatment and answering any questions or concerns they may have in a professional and friendly manner.
12. Speaking with clients about additional services and recommendations.
13. Answering client’s questions or concerns about treatments and/or products.
14. Managing clients with grace, even during peak demand.
15. Informing clients about new treatments and discounts.
16. Upselling treatments and products when appropriate.
17. Proactively identifying and resolving client issues using a protocol system.
18. Providing timely and comprehensive oral updates throughout the shift.

Job Requirements

1. Strong communication skills (both written & verbal).
2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Presentable, with good manners, and must always be well-spoken.
4. Knowledge of organization policies, procedures, and systems.
5. Knowledge of health administrative practices.
6. Knowledge of computer systems and applications.
7. Knowledge of government regulations and requirements.
8. Skill in gathering and interpreting data.
9. Skill in developing and maintaining effective working relationships with team members, clients, and public and external agencies.
10. Ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving expertise.
11. Ability to research and prepare reports or other correspondence as required.
12. Skilled and well-trained in assisting with Dermatology treatments.
13. BLS, mandatory training, infection control training, and health and safety training.
14. Computer literate in Microsoft Word/Excel and able to answer formal emails as well as make bookings.

Licensure/Certification Requirements

1. Current nursing license from the relevant local health authority.
2. Certificates in the field of body sculpting / LPG.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Part-time hours: 45 per week
