Description

1. Oversee the daily operations of multiple facilities in Al Qassim, ensuring consistency in service delivery and compliance with company standards.
2. Actively participate in the company's transformation initiatives, aligning regional operations with strategic goals and supporting the implementation of new processes and systems.
3. Identify opportunities for operational improvement and lead change management efforts to enhance efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
4. Analyze financial and operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
5. Collaborate with clinic managers to address challenges, optimize staffing, and streamline workflows.
6. Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and health and safety protocols.
7. Manage budgets, resource allocation, and procurement processes to support clinic operations.
8. Lead and mentor the regional team, including clinic managers and support staff, to achieve performance targets.
9. Foster a culture of adaptability, continuous improvement, and patient-centric service delivery.
10. Work closely with senior management to align regional operations with overall company objectives and transformational goals.

Profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
2. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the healthcare or service industry.
3. Experience managing operations during organizational transformation or large-scale change projects.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop others.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
7. Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
8. Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and operational requirements in Saudi Arabia is a plus.

Job Offer

SAR 25,000 - 30,000 per month depending on the candidate's experience + benefits
