JOB PURPOSE
Execution of assigned tasks and work orders related to all types of Electrical & controls maintenance and any engineering related works in safe, good and cost-effective manner within the given time frames.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Achieving the Line availability & Equipment readiness.
- Follow & review of PEMM (PepsiCo Maintenance Methodology) improvement plan throughout the year.
- The overall responsibility for performing assigned Work Orders as well as any other tasks by the supervisor.
- Solving technical problems and identifying the actions and parts requirement.
- Executing the maintenance schedules to maintain the plant equipment within given engineering standards.
- Maintain and implement AIB standards.
- SAP PM & CM Work orders status updates.
- Identify the RCA of major and repeating problems.
- Ensure all requirements of the safety policies are adhered to.
- To implement, sustain and participate in the continual improvement of the EHS Management System (MS) at area of responsibility in accordance to the legislations, PepsiCo GEHSMS and relevant EHS & Electrical standards, ensuring proper controls for all hazards and risks associated with all activities/areas are in place and EHS targets are achieved.
- Perform assigned Work Orders as well as any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Respond to all technical problems within the assigned area and making sure proper actions are identified and taken.
- Knowledge of spare parts description, application and criticality.
- Adhere to EHS and QFS policies and standards.
- Ensure proper controls for all hazards and risks associated with all activities are in place and EHS targets are achieved.
- Operates all equipment related to Utilities sections.
- Maintain accurate SAP-PM records and updates for all assigned Work Orders.
- Performs required daily parameters reading and monitoring and as assigned by the supervisor.
- Daily reporting of all shift activities.
- Identify opportunities and support initiatives to improve production processes as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor in coordination with production personnel to improve quality, productivity, enhance safety or drive down costs.
- Support the execution of the site Maintenance and Reliability M&R Strategy to achieve World Class maintenance status.
- Execute and follow the assigned actions related to PEMM (PepsiCo Maintenance Methodology) tool and MIAP (Maintenance Improvement Action Plan).
- Support the implementation of Reliability Engineering tools and techniques to achieve Maintenance and Reliability M&R KPI's.
- Support executing Continuous Improvement CI initiatives and Failure Analysis techniques (e.g. Root Cause Analysis RCA).
- Attend the Maintenance forum meetings to share Maintenance Performance, Best Practices, Challenges and achievements.
Knowledge / Skill
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.
- Hands-on experience in electrical equipment troubleshooting, PLC, SCADA, Instrumentations and Controls.
- LT & MCC, feeder panels & control panels working background.
- Electrical safety standards awareness.
- Maintenance Planning & execution system.
- Awareness of Electrical safety standards as well as basic EHS systems.
- Have knowledge in operating and automation systems.
- Have Quality and Food Safety QFS systems and policies knowledge.
- Environment, Health and Safety EHS systems and policies knowledge.
- Can read and understand plans, diagrams, layouts and schematic drawings (in the field of qualification).
- Knowledge in any Maintenance Management software (CMMS) is a plus.
- Have a general knowledge and ability to use computers (MS office applications).
- Has good command of English language (Reading, Writing and Speaking).
- Basic computer skills of MS Office.
- Electrical safety standard’s accomplishment.
Experience
Minimum 2 years industrial experience is preferred.
