Job description
Responsibilities
Achieve 100% of sales and GP targets within the assigned region.
Support the Regional Sales Manager in identifying new business opportunities across multiple sales channels.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with contractors, sub-contractors, fabricators, dealers, and partners.
Establish and manage a strong network of indirect and direct sales channels.
Assist in the development and execution of regional strategic plans.
Provide first-level support for customer grievances (damages, complaints, incorrect deliveries).
Ensure accurate business forecasting with a minimum 3-month backlog of confirmed projects.
Track, follow up, and update leads from industry events, exhibitions, and workshops.
Work closely with internal teams (sales back-office, product management, technical & commercial support) to ensure smooth operations.
Promote corporate culture, professionalism, and business ethics in the sales region.
Skills
Proven sales experience preferably in the KSA region within the construction, building and/or engineering industries.
Familiar with automatic & manual door control systems, door hardware, access control and related technologies.
Must have a valid KSA Driving License with own car.
