Job description
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Complete, update, and maintain all required sales administration and reporting systems.
  2. Locate potential business through research, prospecting, tele-canvassing, and cold calling.
  3. Attend to phone enquiries and leads.
  4. Conduct sales calls and presentations to new or existing customers.
  5. Undertake needs analysis by conducting thorough surveys of client premises.
  6. Complete site risk assessments for every client proposal.
  7. Report findings to clients through pricing structures that describe the benefits of using our services.
  8. Gain client acceptance and authorization on new service agreements.
  9. Approach the client portfolio for annual price adjustments.
  10. Maintain and improve client retention by building and maintaining professional relationships.
  11. Increase the client portfolio by identifying cross and upselling opportunities.
  12. Carry out account management for allocated customers.
  13. Monitor the day-to-day commercial performance of each account within your territory.
  14. Support the tendering teams with customer surveying and quotation process.
  15. Liaise with other service teams to provide excellent customer service.
  16. Stay updated on market intelligence, including competitor activity.

Requirements:

  1. Relevant tertiary education (advantageous).
  2. Business-to-business sales skills and experience.
  3. Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the service industry (industry knowledge advantageous).
  4. Customer care experience (advantageous).
