Job Description
JOB OVERVIEW:
As our new Workplace Experience Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our work environment to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall experience. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, long-term strategy, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure our workplace is functional, welcoming, and efficient.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Workplace Management:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of all company workspaces in KSA (e.g., HQ, satellite offices).
- Oversee office layouts, space utilization, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and emergency response plans.
- Employee Experience:
- Design and implement programs to enhance employee well-being and engagement (e.g., events, amenities, services).
- Gather feedback from employees on workplace satisfaction and make data-driven adjustments.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns about the workplace.
- Health & Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding occupational health and safety in KSA.
- Conduct regular health and safety audits and implement improvements.
- Workplace Strategy:
- Collaborate with leadership to align workplace experience initiatives with overall business goals.
- Analyze workplace usage data to forecast future space requirements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with various departments (P&C, TA, IT, Facilities) to support onboarding, internal events, and employee engagement programs.
- Liaise with external vendors for maintenance, catering, cleaning, and security services.
ABOUT YOU:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience in workplace management, facilities management, or employee engagement roles (minimum 3-5 years).
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office management tools and software (e.g., Confluence, Excel, Slack or other communication tools).
- Budget management and cost control experience.
- Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
