Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Developer with a strong background in IT networking, managed services, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing business opportunities that align with our strategic objectives. You will play a critical role in driving sales growth, expanding our client base, and supporting our mission to deliver innovative solutions that revolutionize industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both new clients and existing accounts, within the IT networking (e.g., cloud infrastructure, IoT integration), managed services (e.g., cybersecurity, network optimization), AI, and digital transformation sectors.
  • Develop strategies to promote AI-driven solutions, including predictive analytics, automation tools, and machine learning applications.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives by aligning client needs with technologies like cloud migration, data analytics platforms, and process automation.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Develop customized proposals, presentations, and pitches that align with clients' needs and business goals.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
  • Foster long-term, collaborative relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, offering tailored solutions based on IT networking, AI, and digital transformation.
  • Oversee the client journey from initial engagement through post-sale support, ensuring seamless transitions and consistent delivery of services.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Work closely with internal teams (engineering, marketing, product, technology) to align business development efforts with company objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies for new products and services related to IT networking, AI, and digital transformation.
  • Identify key growth areas and propose strategies for business expansion.

Industry Expertise & Thought Leadership:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in IT networking, AI, managed services, and digital transformation.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to advise clients on best practices, emerging technologies, and solutions that can drive business outcomes.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums, positioning the organization as a leader in these fields.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.
  • Provide regular reports on business development progress, including pipeline development, sales forecasts, and revenue targets.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a focus on IT networking (e.g., SD-WAN, VPNs, IoT device management), managed services (e.g., MSP platforms, disaster recovery), artificial intelligence (e.g., machine learning frameworks, automation software), or digital transformation (e.g., Agile, DevOps).
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing new business opportunities, achieving sales goals, and fostering client relationships.
  • Experience working in the IT industry, with knowledge of managed services, cloud computing, AI, and digital transformation technologies.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of IT networking, managed services, AI technologies, and digital transformation strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior-level executives.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to evaluate business opportunities and create actionable plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
