Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, responding to inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
2. Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce our services and generate new business opportunities.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
4. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify potential clients and understand their needs.

7. Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a remote or freelance environment.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
6. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
7. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
8. Knowledge of the freelance industry and remote work is a plus.
