Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a strong foundation in digital marketing principles.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot Inbound Marketing are highly preferred to demonstrate technical proficiency.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within e-commerce, tech, or a startup, showcasing adaptability and innovation.
- Fluency in English is required; additional proficiency in another language is a significant advantage for reaching diverse markets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights that drive marketing strategies.
