Job Title: Academy Delivery Manager

About the Role: Academy Delivery Manager is responsible for creating the necessary efforts to improve Academy effectiveness and providing process, tools, methods, practices and training, and verifying that work is consistently and effectively performed and deliverables are created.
Key responsibilities: - Project Management: Lead overall project management of academy activities, including quarterly planning and publication of activities.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for Practice Leads, Controllership, Legal, Procurement, and handle escalations effectively.
- Process Improvement: Implement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational processes to achieve academy excellence.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to evolving HRDF, Tawteen, and TVTC guidelines, maintaining high compliance standards.
- Cohort Management: Supervise the current cohort and prepare for the next to ensure a seamless training cycle.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with the Academy Lead and HR Business Partner to gather training requirements from practice leads for upcoming cohorts.
- Engagement Plan Conformity: Ensure strict adherence to the engagement plan throughout all stages: pre-recruitment, recruitment, onboarding, classroom training, and on-the-job training, which is critical for long-term success.
- Event Management: Plan and oversee events involving regulators, clients, Accenture leadership, and SMEs during their visits to the academy.
- Learning Center Mobilization: Coordinate with the Learning Center of Excellence (CoE) for each training topic, managing interactions between the Learning CoE and Middle Practice leads. This includes establishing agreements on training approaches, curriculum, certification, trainers, and program schedules.
- Financial Coordination: Collaborate with Controllership to ensure proper booking of receivables and expenditures under the correct categories.
- Legal Collaboration: Work with Legal and Labor Law teams to leverage guidance for business perspectives, ensuring compliance and risk management.
- Marketing and Communications: Co-create and oversee the execution of the academy’s marketing and communications plan.
- Strategic Partnerships: Assist in executing strategic partnerships with universities and academies to enhance training delivery and strengthen academy branding.
Key qualifications:- Undergraduate degree in any related field
- Prior relevant experience in project management, programs or any related field
- Mastery of English and Arabic languages (oral and written)
