1. Resource Management

• Ensure skilled manpower availability for daily operations while meeting localization and budget targets.
• Budget and hire required personnel to maintain operational efficiency.
• Provide regular training to enhance employee skills.

2. Quality and Safety Compliance

• Oversee the receipt, processing, packaging, and storage of products to meet quality and safety standards.
• Minimize wastage and non-compliance to acceptable standards.
• Ensure timely receipt of raw materials and supply of finished products.

3. Risk Management

• Identify, address, and mitigate operational risks effectively.
• Maintain a comprehensive risk register and ensure timely interventions.

4. Machinery and Tools Management

• Maintain existing machinery to ensure 100% efficiency.
• Identify and budget for additional machinery to enhance production capacity.
• Oversee the sourcing and installation of new machinery.

5. Certification and Compliance

• Acquire and maintain required certifications, including local government approvals.
• Ensure zero non-compliance during inspections.

6. Strategic Planning and Expansion

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute short and long-term expansion strategies.
• Align plant operations to support future business growth.

7. Policy and Procedure Development

• Develop and communicate operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
