Description
The Master Barista is responsible for assisting the Beverage Manager in coordinating all phases of restaurant, outlets, bars, and banquet beverage operations in the Hotel. This position is critical for F&B Operations to ensure that guests have a unique and memorable experience with regards to coffee presentations. The Master Barista will maintain the services and reputation of the Hotel and act as a management representative.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide the perfect cup of coffee, cappuccinos, lattes, and other coffee drink recipes.
2. Produce a perfect espresso/coffee shot using various types of espresso machines.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat visits.
4. Work the front counter area of the coffee shop, serving food items and beverages.
5. Demonstrate multi-tasking abilities to prioritize tasks for the best efficiency.
6. Possess knowledge about the world's finest premium gourmet coffees, including taste profiles and processing methods.
7. Attend coffee cuppings to enhance coffee knowledge.
8. Maintain a neat workplace and personal appearance.
