Finance Manager

This role requires a deep understanding of financial principles, strong analytical skills, and a strategic mindset to navigate the dynamic and competitive Can-making landscape.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for overseeing the Control and planning functions of the company. Ensures the smooth running of the company's financial performance based on various market macro and micro developments, identifying solutions to financial issues, and preparing reports. Assess financial risks and opportunities that may face the company and prepare reports for management to make strategic decisions about future investments or budgets allocations.

Job Description:

• Reporting of all financial data such as budgets, cost controls, financial analysis, etc.
• Recommend changes to improve systems and financial performance.
• Generating complete and accurate financial information and other reports as required by upper-level management.
• Adhering to internal and external reporting and auditing guidelines.
• Preparing budgets and monitoring performance with explanations for significant variances.
• General Ledger and month end load process as well as the local Zakat and Taxation Compliance.
• Participate in the alignment and implementation of strategic planning, annual operating plans, forecasting and annual planning processes.
• Provide analytical support towards the achievement of performance targets.
• Support the Sales Division & Procurement Department in contract negotiations, customer and supplier contracts and lead the pricing process.
• Safeguard the Company assets.
• Review and assess current roles, responsibilities & performance of the finance team.
• Establish a solid internal control environment.
• Work directly with upper-level management to determine budgets, disbursements and expenditures of money and capital assets, communicating cash flow and insurance needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Financial Management or related field.

CPA and CMA are a plus.

Experience:

10 - 15 Years in Finance Manager, Finance Head/ Director roles, preferably in Can making, Packaging, or bottling industries.
