Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the governance and maintenance of all operational records, systems, and technical documentation.
2. Ensure system security.
3. Lead planning and delivery of developing and executing the implementation of the Digital IT & Transformation strategy and initiatives.
4. Have an excellent understanding of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation.
5. Identify, diagnose, and resolve level-one incidents.
6. Support voice, data, video, and other networking services.
7. Provide one-on-one support.
