The role is responsible for ensuring smooth facilities operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing hotel, compound, and transportation arrangements for flight crew.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct facilities assessments across various engineering disciplines (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, architectural, and DDC controls).
• Ensure smooth operations and a safe building environment.
• Assist in employee relocations and office setup.
• Coordinate and oversee vendor activities within the facility.
• Implement visitor procedures and set up in-house events.
• Review and verify invoices.
• Track lease termination dates.
• Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building.
• Test building security systems and promote safety within the building.
• Supervise cleaning crews and maintenance workers.
• Arrange cabin crew accommodations in different hotels and compounds.
• Receive and handle complaints filed by flyadeal guests regarding accommodations.
• Communicate with hotels and compounds to resolve complaints and ensure better services.
• Document processes and keep maintenance records.
• Monitor maintenance budget spending.
• Develop better processes and procedures.
• Undertake any other administrative, reception, or general duties as required in line with business needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, or business administration.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in facility management.
• Knowledge of planning, customer service, project management, and facility services.
• Knowledge of building safety regulations and security protocols.
• Proactive analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Time management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
