Responsibilities:
Assist in leadership, mentoring, and training of the operational Food & Beverage team.
Monitor and delegate tasks while ensuring adherence to brand standards.
Coordinate closely with kitchen colleagues to ensure the highest standards in quality and visual preparation of food.
