Job Description
As a Digital Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in the planning, execution, and ongoing support of digital platforms that enhance our year-round event experiences. You will help configure digital tools—such as mobile event apps and exhibitor directories—to deliver smooth, engaging user journeys for attendees and exhibitors alike.
The Role
In this role, you will support the setup, testing, and optimization of digital platforms for each event, ensuring they meet the needs of various stakeholders. You’ll manage timelines, coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers, and provide basic training and guidance to maximize platform usage.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, operations, IT, or a related field.
Experience
3-5 years of experience as a Digital Operations Executive, preferably in Martech or a similar digital/IT-focused role. Strong technical expertise across a range of Martech technologies, including but not limited to:
