Role and Responsibilities:
Sells Emdad products and services to potential and existing PIF & PIF Portfolio of companies.
Prospects and identifies new leads and opportunities with PIF & PIF Portfolio of companies.
Provides client service to existing customers, managing all aspects of customer relationships between Emdad & PIF & PIF Portfolio of companies.
Assists accounts in selecting the best solutions for their needs by understanding their business requirements, preparing offers, and delivering professional presentations while demonstrating excellent closing skills.
Establishes and maintains good business relationships with PIF & PIF Portfolio of companies to encourage repeat and referral business.
Identifies trends in the market and provides regular feedback about competitor activities, market trends, and lost sales within PIF & PIF Portfolio of companies.
Ensures the usage and updating of CRM customer data and quotations, building and maintaining customer relationships through effective database management and resolving their problems.
Generates reports on account status and updates.
Increases customer lifetime value for the PIF & PIF Portfolio of companies.
