Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business / engineering
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar post.
  • Excellent in both Arabic and English commands
  • Male / Saudi nationality only
  • Deep understanding of Real Estate market in KSA
  • Solid experience in dealing with related governmental authorities
  • Strong knowledge of related KSA’s governmental online platform, regulation and process
  • Strong customer services skills
  • Strong management, organizational, reporting skills
  • Strong local network and business relationships
  • Good understanding of facility management function
  • Negotiation skills & representative character.
