We are hiring a Construction Manager to join our project team in the KSA. You would be working on a prestigious PMC project in Riyadh.

Your new role, what’s involved:

1. Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project.
2. Responsible for the on-site management of discipline specific construction activities.
3. Monitor performance of the construction supervision team to confirm compliance with contractual requirements.
4. Primary contact with client representatives to coordinate subcontractor activities to ensure orderly and efficient completion of work.
5. Ensure that positive working relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors and our employees are maintained.
6. Provide leadership and accountability for the implementation and measurable performance on site.
7. Direct the overall planning of construction activities to identify critical milestones and priorities.
8. Determine the team requirements for the defined scope and schedule.
9. Responsible for the overall management of all administrative, commercial and technical services required for the management of the project.
10. Provide direction to planning, scheduling and engineering functions as required.
11. Ensure timely acceptance of shop drawings in coordination with the design manager and the carrying out reports and other documentation required for the project.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

1. Chartered / Professional Engineer.
2. 15 years experience of managing major construction projects.
3. Demonstrate effective leadership and high commitment in order to achieve goals.
