The Supply Chain Planning officer will be tasked to facilitate the change management of the business processes between RMS and Dynamics 365 with a key focus on item integrity, size, dimension, category, subcategory, owner, and location within the registration part of the item master. The role will evolve to include demand planning for general trade items after the system is fully incorporated.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and improve supply chain processes and practices related to Dynamics 365.
Manage the data required pre-procurement process to ensure compliance with the process.
Align the procurement request to flow to purchase orders in Dynamics 365.
Forecast demand and plan inventory levels requirements and implement supply chain strategies.
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics and KPIs.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and adjust supply chain strategies accordingly.
Utilize supply chain software and tools for planning and analysis.
Conduct regular audits of supply chain processes.
Train and mentor junior supply chain staff.
Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.
