Senior Territory Specialist, Emergency Care Stryker

Job Description

We are looking for our future Senior Territory Specialist, responsible for developing, promoting, and selling a portfolio of technical and/or non-technical products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers. Informs customers of new product/service introductions and prices. Creates, monitors, and revises lead generation plans to ensure a substantive business opportunity pipeline for our Emergency Care portfolio in the Western region of Saudi Arabia.

What you will do

  1. Achieve and exceed business targets for the Region by building strong relationships with physicians in hospitals, pre-hospitals, and EMS KOLs.
  2. Plan and implement professional education programs and after-sales support for physicians, nurses, EMS, and biomedical engineers in the respective region.
  3. Ensure accurate sales forecasts each month/quarter for the purpose of Stryker's Manufacturing and Sales Forecasting requirements.
  4. Conduct country visits as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  5. Conduct direct hospital and pre-hospital sales activities.
  6. Plan and execute relevant after-sales support, in-service training, training workshops, symposia, conferences, and related marketing activities in Saudi Arabia. Provide guidance to the marketing team to prioritize country and regional market needs. Participate in pricing the products and packages to the end customers.
  7. Carry out the delivery and installation of materials, providing post-sales user training.
  8. Communicate customer feedback (complaints) to the Quality Management Representative and Manager, evaluate the feedback in their own area of responsibility, take necessary actions, and report them to the customer and related persons.

What you need

Required:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, medical, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in medical device sales or clinical support.
  3. Fluency in Arabic and a good command of English.
  4. Strong knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and product demonstration skills.
  5. Valid KSA driving license.

Preferred:

  1. Biomedical/Medical Engineering background.
  2. Experience with Emergency Care products. Experienced in presenting, selling, and promoting EMS Patient Transport (COTs), Monitor Defibrillators, AEDs, and Mechanical CPR devices.
