We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our sales team and help expand our market presence for our Holobox products.
Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales of Holobox technology. This role will require a deep understanding of the SaaS and 3D display industries, along with the ability to strategically position Holobox as an industry-leading solution for businesses in need of innovative marketing and display technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion & Lead Generation: - Identify and develop new business opportunities within targeted industries (e.g., retail, events, exhibitions, entertainment, corporate presentations). - Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor landscape, and industry trends related to holographic technology and interactive displays. - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using a combination of networking, cold calling, and industry events.
Sales Strategy & Execution: - Develop and implement a sales strategy for selling Holobox technology to potential customers in both B2B and enterprise sectors. - Present the features, benefits, and value propositions of Holobox to prospective clients through product demonstrations, proposals, and tailored presentations. - Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring alignment with company pricing models and sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management: - Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for their display and marketing needs. - Provide exceptional customer service and support during and after the sales process, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. - Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and needs analysis to closing deals and ensuring post-sale satisfaction. - Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure customer requirements are met and that Holobox technology is positioned effectively in the marketplace. - Provide feedback and insights to the product team on customer needs and opportunities for product improvement. - Participate in internal meetings and provide regular updates on sales progress, forecasts, and performance against targets. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system. - Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales targets, conversion rates, and revenue generation. - Analyze sales performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements in strategy and execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the tech, SaaS, or display industries.
- Strong understanding of the 3D display, holographic technology, and SaaS markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to clients.
- Experience using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and report results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive business success.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the entertainment, retail, or event management industries where immersive, interactive technology is in demand.
- Familiarity with 360-degree displays, AR/VR technologies, or similar cutting-edge technologies is a plus.
- Strong network within the technology, event, or retail sectors.
