As the HR Specialist, you will have the opportunity to support driving the Holding strategic HR initiatives across multiple subsidiaries. This role offers exposure to diverse HR functions, a dynamic work environment, and the chance to contribute to the transformation of HR practices at the group level.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Employee Relations & Employee Management:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and workplace issues in alignment with company policies and government regulations.
    Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance across subsidiaries.
    Assist in resolving grievances and disputes, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
  2. Training & Development:
    Identify employee training needs and work with the HR Director to develop and implement training programs.
    Coordinate learning and development activities, including leadership development, technical skills training, and compliance training.
    Track employee participation and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
    Manage relationships with external training providers and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  3. HR Strategy & Implementation:
    Support the HR Director in rolling out strategic HR initiatives aligned with Alturki Holding’s overall objectives.
    Work closely with subsidiary HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment in HR practices across the group.
    Assist in the implementation of succession planning, talent management, and employee engagement programs.
  4. HR Reporting & Analytics:
    Consolidate HR reports from all subsidiaries and provide a comprehensive view of HR metrics across the group.
    Develop and maintain HR dashboards to track key performance indicators, workforce trends, and employee engagement insights.
    Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making in areas such as recruitment, retention, and workforce planning.
    Ensure accurate and timely submission of HR reports to senior management.

Your skills and experience


Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a holding company or multi-subsidiary organization.
Strong experience in employee relations, training & development, HR reporting, and strategic HR initiatives.

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate and interpret HR data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across multiple subsidiaries.
Proficiency in HR systems and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI, or other HR analytics tools).
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to HR challenges.
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD, PHR) is a plus.
Experience working with large-scale HR transformation projects.
Previous experience in an HR role within a holding company or a complex corporate structure.
