Spare Parts Data Package Manager - Siemens Energy, Dammam KSA

Snapshot of a day:
The SPDP manager is responsible for the completion of the document spare part data package as per ARAMCO specification SAEP-31. You will be preparing the document for all ARAMCO jobs in Siemens Energy's global portfolio, closely working with various stakeholders, such as customers, sub suppliers, as well as internal departments including engineering, PM, and Service.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Coordinate all related stakeholders
• Proactively seek necessary information from sub suppliers
• Support engineering and procurement to set the correct requirements for sub suppliers to prepare the SPDP
• Implement a standard procedure for handling a SPDP
• Constant alignment with customer specialists

What You Bring:

• Experience in a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships with both internal and external partners. Must be a team player!
• Proactive and dynamic approach to work, adaptability, problem solving, and excellent time management skills.
• Knowledge in the ARAMCO spare part business
