Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct, document, and communicate analyses and evaluations of customers’ preferences, business potential, and competition actions in his/her territory.
  2. Develop the assigned products' sales forecasts and action plans conforming to the company strategies for supervisor review and approval.
  3. Meet and interact with target customers and key business players, defining sales potential, promoting, and selling the assigned products.
  4. Participate in marketing events, conferences, workshops, and promotion campaigns relating to the territory and accounts selling assigned products.
  5. Support/provide customers’ in-service.
  6. Ensure skillful technical support to customers; follow up on customer satisfaction regarding the equipment system installation, startup, utilization, and maintenance.
  7. Report on action plans, customers’ responses, achievements, sales potential, and competitors’ rivalry.

Key Performance Indicators

  1. Overall compliance with SD policies and procedures.
  2. Overall compliance with Tender Operating policies and procedures.
  3. Updated and accurate Products Master File.
  4. Execution of Special Projects: Time and Accuracy.
  5. Internal customers’ feedback.
  6. External customers’ feedback.
  7. Staff development: execution compared to plan.
