Job Description:
Conmarble is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth in microcement, lime-based plasters, and decorative concrete finishes. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, or interior finishes, with a strong ability to build client relationships and expand market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, interior design, and architecture sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, designers, architects, and developers.
Conduct product presentations and technical consultations to showcase Conmarble’s solutions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by negotiating and closing deals.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to drive strategic sales initiatives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and client engagement strategies.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback for continuous improvement.
Skills
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Proven sales experience in construction materials, coatings, or architectural finishes.
Strong network within the architectural, interior design, and contracting industries.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of microcement, decorative plaster, or seamless surface applications is a plus.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client visits.
