Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
2. Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
3. Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when requested
4. Helping with offers and agreements
5. Attending sales meetings and taking the minutes
6. Answering customer inquiries / calls while the team is out of the office
7. Maintaining customer profiles/data in Opera

Requirements and skills:

1. 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel Management
2. 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in a 5-Star Hotel.
3. Positive attitude
4. Good communication skills
5. Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
6. Excellent grooming standards
