Project Engineer - Utilities

JASARA PMC, a leading engineering and project management company, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Engineer Ops Hubs (Saudi national only) to join their team. As a Project Engineer Ops Hubs at JASARA PMC, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing operations hubs for civil engineering projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure efficient and effective hub operations. Responsibilities

1. Manage and oversee operations hubs for civil engineering projects
2. Develop effective processes and procedures for hub operations
3. Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth execution of operations
4. Optimize resource allocation and utilization within the hub
5. Monitor and improve performance metrics of the hub
6. Implement continuous improvement initiatives
7. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards
8. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve operational issues

Minimum Requirements

1. Saudi national
2. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering or hub operations
4. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
5. Experience in managing and optimizing operations hubs
6. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
7. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
9. Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
10. Proficiency in MS Office and related software
